NSW builder licences run for 1, 3 or 5 years, and each year needs 12 CPD points. Each pack covers one full licence term.

Compliance
Points you can defend at an audit
NSW CPD is self-recorded: you don't lodge anything at renewal, but you need to produce your evidence if Building Commission NSW asks. Our certificates and records are built for exactly that.
- Recognised topics only. Every course sits under one of the CPD topic areas NSW recognises, and the topic prints on your certificate.
- Assessed, not attended. 80% to pass, so a certificate means you showed you know the material.
- Certificates anyone can check. A unique serial, verifiable online by an auditor or employer. Verify a certificate
- Records kept for you. Every certificate stays in your account for the three renewal periods NSW asks you to keep evidence for.
- Your standing, live. My CPD shows points banked against your 12, including carry-forward, and reminds you before renewal.

Do points expire?
No. Points in your PointCPD balance never expire, so a 36 or 60-point pack now covers future years of your licence without losing them.
Can I spend points on any course?
Yes. Every course costs its CPD point value in points, and you choose which ones. Start a course and the points come out of your balance.
How does the Price Beat Guarantee work?
Send us a screenshot of a listed provider's current, publicly advertised price for the same number of NSW builder CPD points, before you buy or within 3 days after. If it is lower than ours and the claim checks out, we email you a personal code for 10% under it, or refund the difference if you have already bought. How do I get the 15% first-order code?
