How do you track which courses my staff have completed?
Every staff member has their own PointCPD account under your company. Your Team Dashboard shows their CPD standing, live from the same ledger that issues their certificates.
Are there extra fees for a company account?
No. No membership fee, no per-seat admin charge, no bulk markup. A seat costs what the course costs a solo buyer. You only pay for courses you assign.
Do unused seats expire?
No. Buy a batch of seats and assign them whenever suits. A new starter next year draws from the same pool.
What happens if I assign a seat to the wrong email, or someone leaves the company?
Remove them on the Team Dashboard and any unclaimed seat returns to your pool. Certificates and points they already completed stay theirs, as their licence record.
Is this different from just sharing one login across the crew?
Yes. CPD points and certificates attach to the individual licensed builder who did the assessment, so a shared login can't prove a specific person's CPD. Seat-based buying keeps purchasing centralised while each staff member gets their own verifiable record.
How big can this scale — is there a minimum or a separate enterprise tier?
