Looking for Blueprint CPD reviews?

There are none worth reading, for them or for us. Checked on 9 October 2026, no NSW builder CPD provider had a rating on ProductReview.com.au or Trustpilot, and those searches return business-directory profiles and self-published testimonials instead. PointCPD has no published reviews either.

The six checks that replace a star rating sets out what to verify before you pay any provider, including the ones on this page.

What Blueprint CPD says it offers

  • Advertises 12 points at $180, 24 at $345, 36 at $450 and 60 at $660, plus a 6-point top-up bundle at $100.
  • Offers new members a 10-day risk-free trial with a money-back guarantee and 6 CPD points kept free.
  • Says it has delivered CPD for the general contractor licence since 2010, and publishes a 4.8 client feedback score from 388 ratings.
  • Promotes speed: points “within minutes” and renewing the same day.

What PointCPD offers

  • 48 interactive courses across the NSW CPD topic areas.
  • Written by a practising NSW builder, reviewed by a licensed Building Practitioner.
  • An assessment on every course, 80% to pass, with unlimited attempts.
  • Points bank instantly, certificates are serial-numbered and verifiable, and points never expire.
  • $169 for 12 points, or $143.65 on your first order.

Where Blueprint CPD wins

  • The free-points trial means you can see the product before paying anything, which nobody else here offers.
  • A 6-point top-up at $100 suits a builder who is part-way through a year.
  • They publish a customer rating with a visible number of responses.

Worth choosing if you are a builder who wants to try a provider before paying.

Where PointCPD wins

  • $169 for 12 points against their $180, before our 15% first-order discount.
  • A real assessment: 80% to pass, with feedback on every question. Their quiz self-corrects to a 100% pass rate, which is quicker but proves less.
  • Certificates carry a serial number anyone can verify on our register.

Worth choosing if you want CPD you will actually use on site, and a record that stands up.

Questions builders ask

How much does Blueprint CPD cost for 12 CPD points?

Blueprint CPD advertised 12 CPD points at $180 on its own website when we checked on 16 September 2026. Prices change, so check theirs before you buy. PointCPD is $169, or $143.65 on your first order with the 15% welcome code for 12 points.

Is Blueprint CPD approved by NSW Fair Trading?

NSW does not approve or endorse CPD providers, so no provider can be "approved", including us. What matters is that the learning is on an approved topic, has identifiable learning outcomes and comes from a provider with industry expertise, and that you keep the evidence: CPD is self-recorded and produced if you are audited.

Can I use both Blueprint CPD and PointCPD in the same year?

Yes. NSW asks for 12 points a year across approved topics; it does not ask you to buy them all in one place. Keep the certificate from each provider with your records.

What if Blueprint CPD is cheaper than PointCPD?

Send us their advertised price before you buy, or within 3 days of buying from us, and we will beat it by 10% under our price beat guarantee.

Somehow found it cheaper?

It’s rare, but it happens. Send us a screenshot of a listed provider’s price and we’ll beat it by 10%, before you buy or up to 3 days after.
